Osvaldo Cruz

A fourteen year old gang member of the Diablos, Osvaldo Cruz is another participant in the crime. His job was to stand outside the drugstore and trip up anyone with a trash can who might possibly want to enter the drugstore. He says he did it because he was afraid that Bobo will beet him and his mother, but the Jury must keep in mind that he is a member of the Diablos and slashed someone's face as the initiation into the gang.
